Watchmen Property Management is a privately owned real-estate development company located in Philadelphia. Watchmen Property Management provides safe and affordable contemporary living solutions for the Temple U off-campus student population through the acquisition of lots and “shells”.

Current Projects:

Site Manager Position
Responsibilities include: showing apartments, notifying tenants of apartment showings, collecting rent and keeping rent log, receive incoming maintenance calls, manage renting of weekly property and shopping competitor apartments, etc.

Marketing
Responsibilities include: shopping competitor apartments, developing web site and Facebook page, post listings on craigslist, market apartments around campus (exhibit tables), distribute flyers on campus, etc.

Construction/Design
Responsibilities include: identifying new materials to use as amenities such as hardwood floors and counter top within allotted construction budget, provide support and handle logistical matters for construction sites, select new color schemes for apartments and designs, research new amenities for student residents ex: ipod docking stations, etc.
