The Temple Accelerator Program (TAP) is an uber business incubator designed to take early-stage Temple affiliated businesses and infuse them with additional manpower on strategic, well defined projects so it can achieve progress to the next level of sustainable growth. Working in tandem with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute (IEI) and the Entrepreneurial Student Association (ESA), two or three well-defined projects will be identified and ESA members* will have the opportunity to staff these projects, meanwhile gaining a “hands on” learning experience as TAP interns. Additionally, the TAP company will receive support through intensive mentoring and counseling, with access to the IEI’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence and executive director. This program was developed by the IEI and is awarded to one pre-selected company per semester. During this time, the selected business will be housed within the IEI and given access to the IEI’s computer equipment, phones and conference rooms.
*Please note: you must be a paid ESA member in order to participate in this program.
